What we're looking for...

An energetic, analytically minded Jr. Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about B2B technology marketing and eager to develop their skills in the fast-paced observability and IT operations space.

The Product Marketing team at ScienceLogic is focused on understanding market needs and delivering customer outcomes for ITOps audiences. As a Jr. Product Marketing Manager, you will support the development of solution positioning, messaging, and content based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights. You'll work closely with senior product marketing team members, product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to help bring our solutions to market.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, a fast learner, and excited about translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for customers. You'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of product marketing from customer research to launch execution to sales enablement.

What you'll be doing...

Content Development & Sales Enablement

  • Support the creation of marketing collateral including solution briefs, case studies, presentations, battle cards, blog posts, and data sheets
  • Contribute to high-level messaging and storytelling frameworks that reinforce platform value and differentiation.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop materials and training content to help the sales team effectively communicate ScienceLogic's value proposition
  • Help maintain and update competitive positioning materials and playbooks

Go-to-Market Support

  • Assist in product launch planning and logistics, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination stay on track
  • Help prepare launch readiness materials to ensure sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams understand key messages, target audiences, and value proposition
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content marketing, and partner marketing teams to support integrated campaigns

Customer & Market Insights

  • Support the development of buyer personas and customer journey maps
  • In partnership with Analyst Relations, support research on customer segments, industries, and use cases to inform positioning and campaign targeting
  • Help translate technical product features into customer-facing benefits and use cases

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
  • Support event preparation for trade shows, webinars, and customer events
  • Assist in gathering proof points, customer examples, and inputs for analyst research cycles as needed
  • Share product and market insights with internal teams to maintain alignment on messaging and customer needs

Analysis & Optimization

  • Track key metrics for content performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Help conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop business case materials
  • Support ongoing optimization of messaging based on market feedback and data

Qualities you possess...

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, technical marketing, or related field; relevant internships and coursework considered
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environments preferred

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Strong interest in B2B technology marketing and enterprise software
  • Basic understanding of IT operations, cloud computing, observability, monitoring, or related technologies helpful but not required
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts and translate them into accessible language
  • Familiarity with the observability/AIOps/ITOM space is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, "roll up your sleeves" approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Collaborative team player who works well across functions and can build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguity with shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
