- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Video Editors to ensure the VFX and lighting enhance the storytelling and meet marketing objectives.
- Pipeline Optimization: Evaluate and improve the current lighting, VFX, and rendering pipelines (in engines like Unreal or offline renderers like Octane Render) to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular art reviews, providing constructive, actionable feedback to ensure consistency across all marketing assets.
- Clearly communicate updates and communicate timely concerns to the production team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Lighting and VFX for games, animation, or film, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.

- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in industry-standard tools such as Unreal Engine, Maya, Cinema 4D, Octane Render, and After Effects.
- Unreal Engine Mastery: Advanced, hands-on expertise in Unreal Engine is mandatory. You must have a deep understanding of real-time lighting (Lumen/Path Tracer) systems to drive and elevate our core cinematic pipeline.
- Generative AI Integration: Practical knowledge of and a strong interest in leveraging Generative AI tools. You should be eager to explore how AI can accelerate concepting, iterate on visual development, and optimize production workflows.
- Cinematic Eye: Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, color theory, and how lighting affects storytelling and emotional impact in short-form video.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex visual feedback to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects across different art styles (from stylized to realistic) simultaneously.
