Work inside Marketing Analytics and partner with Marketing teams to discover and deliver projects to improve our understanding of performance marketing for our games.

Collaborate with Data Product Managers to support roadmap elaboration and data product requirements to ensure business value, user value and strategic fit goals are met.

Manage a team of data scientists responsible for building measurement/predictive models to meet business objectives and quality standards.

Foster effective data science management processes across the team, keep high quality bars in all the phases of the processes.

Ensure productized models are Highly Available, monitor-able and maintainable over time.

Preferred experience in applying marketing modeling techniques e.g. media mix modeling, time series forecasting, segmentation / clustering.

6 or more years of related experience - a background in performance marketing and mobile free-to-play gaming is strongly preferred

Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, hard-working and a good business intuition are a must! Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Bachelor Degree - Masters degree a plus - in a quantitative or scientific field such as Math/Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or similar

Professional experience applying data science, analytics, machine learning and computational techniques - preferred experience in applying marketing modeling techniques e.g. media mix modeling, geo lifts, incrementality measurement, time series forecasting, segmentation / clustering.

Professional experience programming using SQL and Python in large datasets and implementing models in production.

Excellent communication skills to understand business needs of cross-functional stakeholders and strong presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate complex results throughout an organization
