Senior Product Manager - Yahtzee!
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the product vision and strategy for Yahtzee! With Buddies, one of our top casual mobile games. In this role, you’ll own the performance and evolution of the game, working closely with a talented cross-functional team to deliver engaging player experiences, drive retention, and grow revenue. You’ll blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize the player journey and uncover new growth opportunities.
Yahtzee with buddies is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and Israel, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy and feature roadmap for live and in-development mobile titles.
- Drive the design and execution of new features, events, and content that improve player engagement and monetization.
- Collaborate daily with game designers, developers, artists and analysts to align goals and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Use data to monitor performance (e.g. retention, session length, ARPU, LTV) and make informed product decisions.
- Lead A/B testing efforts, prioritize hypotheses, and synthesize learnings into future planning.
- Stay ahead of market trends in casual gaming and conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of innovation.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with stakeholders and leadership on progress, results, and next steps.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on mobile casual games.
- Proven ability to manage live games and drive performance through features, events, and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of F2P mechanics, player progression systems, and ad-based monetization.
- Comfortable with KPIs and analytics; experience working with tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
- Highly collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for casual games and empathy for casual player behavior and motivations.
- Experience working on games with a large, global casual audience.
- Background in game design or technical disciplines.
- Track record of working on high-scale titles with large player bases or revenue.
