Art Producer - Yahtzee!

Scopely is looking for an Art Producer to join our Yahtzee! with Buddies team. 

Yahtzee with buddies is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and Israel, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

• Own the delivery of art assets for Yahtzee’s LiveOps and feature content, managing schedules, resources, and dependencies across 2D art and VFX in coordination with the Art team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Art, Performance, Product & Marketing) to prioritize and deliver high-quality assets aligned with game goals and needs
• Lead production processes for art pipelines, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.
• Drive asset readiness for all milestones, from concept through to final delivery, while tracking feedback and approvals
• Maintain and improve art production documentation, including timelines, task tracking, asset lists, and delivery calendars
• Manage communication across art, product, and external partners to surface risks, unblock teams, and keep asset production on track
• Support healthy and sustainable art workflows by balancing delivery needs with creative iteration time and artist wellbeing
• Evaluate and refine existing art production pipelines; bring fresh perspectives on workflow improvements, tooling, and resource management
• Champion collaboration and structure in a fast-paced mobile LiveOps environment
• Balance multiple initiatives at once without compromising quality, clarity, or timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in art production or project management in games, preferably mobile and LiveOps-focused
• Proven track record managing multiple art pipelines and coordinating between internal and external art teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams under shared goals
• Comfortable working in a waterfall environment, with openness to evolve toward hybrid or agile workflows
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wrike and other production tools.
• Experience working with outsourcing vendors and coordinating delivery schedules, feedback, and revisions
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving team efficiency and clarity
• Empathetic leadership style that supports a positive, healthy creative environment
• Background in art or a solid understanding of art pipelines is a plus, but not a must
