Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, legal, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the production process.
- Influence senior stakeholders through effective communication and strategic insights.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Own department-wide production budgets, with accountability for planning, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Establish and manage long-term vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving
- Anticipate production challenges and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Lead resolution of high-impact issues with speed, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
Quality Assurance & Legal Compliance
- Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards, brand guidelines, and creative vision.
- Oversee compliance with legal requirements, including copyright, talent releases, and licensing agreements.
