Community Developer- Monopoly Go!

Scopely is looking for a Community Developer to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO! team.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.   

What You Will Do

  • Co-ordinate in-game changes and product improvements. Drive player-voice representation in roadmap discussions, updates, and game-impact decision-making
  • Take ownership of, and grow structured feedback loops (e.g. surveys, sentiment analysis, feedback reports, focus groups) and deliver insights to product/game teams
  • Own or influence the design of tools, processes, and playbooks to support player health, advocacy and input
  • Help manage and grow major programs around Most Valuable Plauyer, and Ambassadors, and support the creation of, focus groups, hubs and creator kits
  • Collaborate with analytics and research teams to develop and maintain creative, impactful programs, gained from community-led input and feedback
  • Partner with Live Ops, Product, Marketing and Support to align community activations with game and company priorities
  • Support the wider community team with key priorities and critical requests

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in managing online communities, and developing strategic plans and programs
  • Proven experience building, launching and scaling B2C programs, like Feedback Loops, Focus Groups
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Analytical mindset: able to balance qualitative feedback with quantitative data
  • Deep understanding of community and social platforms (e.g. Discord, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube) and toolsets
  • Experience in project managing multiple community initiatives and tasks
  • Excellent written skills
  • A player-first mindset with high empathy and a collaborative spirit

Nice to have

  • Experience working in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
  • Familiarity with feedback tools, sentiment tracking, and player research methods.
  • Experience supporting major IP launches or live service content.
