Senior Technical Producer - LiveOps Automation
Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Producer to join our LiveOps Automation team within our Live Games division on a hybrid/remote basis.

You’ll be joining the LiveOps Automation team at Scopely, where we are shaping the next generation of game operations tools that utilize Machine Learning and AI to empower scalability, personalization, and efficiency through data-driven systems. Our mission is to unlock smarter, faster, and more impactful ways for game teams to manage LiveOps strategies.
What You Will Do
As an embedded technical producer in a tech cluster, you'll join a cross-functional team, delivering updates from concept to delivery and significantly impacting player experience by ensuring team success. You'll support LiveOps Automation's development, iterating on greatness, gaining exposure to all Midcore games, and closely aligning with game teams on roadmaps with stellar communication.
- Own the delivery roadmap for platform-level capabilities used across multiple game teams, ensuring alignment with long-term LiveOps automation goals
- Track production schedules while mitigating risks/blockers
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and execute cross-team strategic initiatives that drive adoption and scalability
- Create and maintain status reports on team performance, and reliably communicate the team's status & needs to the wider division
- Schedule and coordinate various meetings for collecting, prioritizing, and breaking topics down into stories
- Facilitate all agile meetings and ceremonies for the team
- Anticipate future operational challenges across teams and design resilient production pipelines and frameworks to mitigate them before they surface
- Own reports that show various roadmaps, status & progress of initiatives, ETAs, key technical risks organized into topic clusters, etc
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve team velocity, feature delivery quality, and LiveOps content throughput, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Lead postmortems and continuous improvement initiatives across the broader organization to institutionalize learnings and evolve process maturity
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in managing technical teams and projects that have delivered results
- Deep technical knowledge & understanding from hands-on engineering team experience
- Delivering products from 0 to 1 that drive impact
- Demonstrated success in scaling operational systems or internal tools across multiple teams or titles
- Ability to conduct & contribute to high-level engineering-focused discussions
- Demonstrable ability to break down technical project requirements into iterative deliverables
- Act as the primary point of coordination for multi-team initiatives, ensuring smooth execution across dependencies, verticals, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of facilitating cross-team discussion, organization, and planning
- Outstanding communication skills; must be able to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to keep teams motivated and engaged
- Solid understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
