Producer - Marvel Strike Force

Scopely is looking for a Producer to join our Missions team on Marvel Strike Force on a Remote - U.S. basis.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the production process that brings Missions to life—from concept through release—while driving cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of high-quality, data-informed content.
  • Report to the Director of Production, Features, and work closely with Design, QA, LiveOps, Econ, Narrative, and Engineering to build content that is both deeply engaging and operationally sustainable.
  • Own the content production lifecycle across the Missions pipeline, from design kickoff and balance/tuning through go-to-market planning and live release.
  • Manage scheduling, risk, and milestone delivery across multiple disciplines, ensuring clarity and predictability for all content being developed.
  • Partner with the Missions Design Lead and stakeholders to clearly define content goals, target player segments, and content engagement expectations.
  • Facilitate internal and external playtests, ensuring actionable feedback is received and implemented at the right moments in the development cycle.
  • Lead retrospectives and data-informed iteration using player sentiment and KPIs.
  • Champion tooling and process improvements to better support the Missions production cadence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of Game Production experience, ideally on live service titles.
  • Deep familiarity with mobile F2P game mechanics and event-based content pipelines.
  • Proven experience collaborating with designers on gameplay balance and tuning.
  • A passion for player-centric content design, especially around combat, progression, and daily engagement.
  • Highly organized with an eye for process optimization and production tooling.
  • Strong communication skills; able to facilitate, prioritize, and keep everyone on the same page.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and disciplines.
  • Comfortable working in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Sparx, or quickly learning proprietary systems.
  • A love for Marvel Strike Force and a desire to continually raise the bar for our players!

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$85,900 - $126,000 USD
