Marketing Data Analyst- Monopoly Go!
Scopely is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to serve on and elevate our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.
What You Will Do
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive growth for Monopoly GO!. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and data teams to uncover opportunities, design experiments, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives. Your ability to combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and data storytelling will be essential in shaping strategies and influencing decisions across the organization
- Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping the team to take actions on the right direction
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, customer segments, and other relevant metrics to provide insights into growth opportunities
- Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels
- Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data collection and storage processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to drive the execution of growth strategies.
- Contribute to the development of jaw-dropping dashboards and reports to more effectively surface the group’s findings
- Establish best practices for measurement across product and marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, hands on and a good business intuition are a must!
- 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst preferable at a top-tier institution or firm. Previous experience in marketing analytics, growth or user acquisition strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using SQL to ad hoc analysis, to manipulate and export data in large data sets and Python (preferred) or R to analyze/automate , with experience in Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery being advantageous
- Comfortable with data visualization tools such as Looker and HEX (Preferred), Qlikview, Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate complex results throughout an organization
- A bachelor's degree (masters degree a plus) from a top institution in a quantitative field such as Business, Management, Economics, Math/Stats, CS, Engineering, or equivalent
- Self-Starter, you explore and investigate proactively new ways of achieving our goals
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environment
- A love or strong desire to work with mobile / games
