CA - Canada

Scopely is seeking a Growth Project Manager to join our Midcore division and drive cross-functional initiatives across User Acquisition (UA), Marketing, Product Growth, and Player Experience (PX). This role serves as the operational backbone for the VP of Growth, ensuring alignment, execution, and visibility across complex, multi-studio initiatives.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Scopely's Midcore Division operates the award winning and industry leading Star Trek Fleet Command, Marvel Strike Force and WWE Champions games. We're moving cross platform and have two exciting and ambitious games in development to further strengthen our position and reputation within the industry.

What You Will Do

The Growth Project Manager combines program management rigor, communication excellence, and deep operational execution. They will ensure initiatives are scoped, tracked, and delivered with precision—while building scalable infrastructure, shared tools, and durable documentation that empower teams to sustain success beyond each project’s completion.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Growth and game teams to manage projects from concept to delivery, embedding directly with teams to deliver updates, features, and capabilities that impact players across our Midcore portfolio.

  • Own, plan, and execute initiatives that span Growth, UA, Marketing, PX, and Game Production
  • Embed within specific game teams (e.g., MARVEL Strike Force or Star Trek Fleet Command) to support tentpole campaigns, growth feature launches, and cross-functional activations
  • Facilitate coordination between multiple teams, ensuring deliverables are clear, timelines are tracked, and blockers are resolved quickly
  • Support rollout of new tools and capabilities, including promo code systems, CRM automation, and creator program infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain project documentation — including trackers, dashboards, and reporting frameworks — using Jira, Asana, and Airtable
  • Create repeatable systems that live beyond each project, such as automated Airtable environments, shared asset libraries, production templates, and Growth knowledge-sharing archives
  • Assist with reporting and communication, preparing executive-ready materials that summarize initiative progress, key results, and insights
  • Champion operational excellence, improving workflows, retrospectives, and processes to help teams continuously evolve

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management or live operations within gaming, tech, games marketing, entertainment, consulting, or finance
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and live campaign execution
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable, Google Suite) and documentation workflows
  • Deep familiarity with marketing and game production practices, including development pipelines, asset delivery, QA cycles, and liveops campaign orchestration
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presentation and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, with an ability to balance multiple priorities across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build automated environments, templates, and shared systems that persist after project handoff
  • Excellent interpersonal and soft skills, including strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and the ability to foster trust across diverse teams
  • Comfortable navigating different organizational cultures, communication styles, and workflows across studios and functions
  • Skilled at facilitating collaboration and consensus among creative, technical, and marketing stakeholders
