Technical Project Manager
Scopely is looking for a Technical Project Manager – Ads to join ourto join our Global Advertising team in Barcelona on a flexible hybrid basis!

The Advertising team oversees Ads operations, strategy, and product offerings across Scopely’s portfolio. The team collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Game teams to ensure that Ads features are implemented correctly, thoroughly tested, and safely released into live environments.
The Technical Project Manager will support the Ads team by driving technical initiatives, managing cross-functional communication, and ensuring smooth execution of Ads SDK-related projects. This role partners closely with game teams, ad network partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality ad solutions while helping maintain a strong ad experience across platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive end-to-end execution of Ads-related technical projects, including SDK updates, integrations, and feature rollouts.
- Act as the central point of coordination between game teams, ad network partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Own and maintain clear, structured documentation related to Ads SDK, processes, and best practices using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Translate technical updates (e.g., SDK changes, policy updates) into actionable guidance for game teams.
- Build strong relationships across Product, Ads, Analytics, and partner teams to improve workflows and execution.
- Support enforcement of ad quality standards by helping maintain policies and blocklists across networks and games.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to monitor ad compliance and assist in resolving ad quality issues or escalations.
- Contribute to reporting and tracking of ad quality trends to support continuous improvement of the ad experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
- Experience working with software development teams and managing technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mobile ads, ad networks, or monetization systems is a plus.
