  • Develop, maintain, and execute test suites and cases tailored to web features and services
  • Perform hands-on testing while driving accountability for quality across your pod
  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand changes in scope and assess cross-functional impact
  • Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure quality output, alignment, coverage, and consistent standards
  • Investigate live issues with Customer Support and Live Ops teams, driving timely resolution and addressing root causes
  • Track and clearly communicate progress, priorities, risks, and quality trade-offs, keeping stakeholders and leadership informed
  • Drive and improve QA best practices, process standardisation, and continuous improvement across pods

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong advocate for the use of AI to enhance QA workflows and outcomes

  • Confident advocating for quality while balancing business priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools
  • Understanding of the game development lifecycle

Web-specific Experience

  • Familiarity with APIs and backend systems
  • Experience with web automation testing
  • Understanding of payment flows, store functionality, and account systems
  • Experience working with cross-platform/server configurations
