Senior Data Analyst, CRM - Monopoly GO!
Our Product Analytics team is looking for a Senior Product Analyst, CRM to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover contract supporting the CRM team on Monopoly GO! This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys combining product analytics, lifecycle analytics, and player behavior insights to improve CRM campaigns, player engagement, and retention.
You will work closely with CRM stakeholders to measure campaign performance, evaluate experiments, build dashboards, identify player segments, and recommend ways to improve the impact of CRM initiatives. Your work will help the team understand not only whether campaigns performed well, but why, and what actions should be taken next.

- Analyze player behavior and CRM performance across campaigns, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, retention, engagement, and monetization
- Measure the impact of CRM initiatives, including push notifications, in-game messages, inbox campaigns, offers, and lifecycle communications
- Design and analyze experiments, holdouts, and incrementality frameworks to understand the true impact of CRM actions
- Build dashboards, reports, and recurring analyses that help the CRM team make faster, better-informed decisions
- Translate data into clear recommendations that improve player targeting, personalization, campaign timing, and lifecycle strategy
- Partner with CRM, Product Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Science teams to improve data quality, tracking, and decision-making
- Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, CRM Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role
- Experience working directly with CRM, lifecycle, growth, live operations, or product teams
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets. Experience with BigQuery is a plus
- Experience analyzing player behavior, campaign performance, segmentation, retention, engagement, monetization, or lifecycle trends
- Working knowledge of experimentation methods, including A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality analysis, or campaign measurement frameworks
- Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Looker experience is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in mobile gaming, consumer apps, entertainment, e-commerce, or other high-scale digital products
- Experience with Python or R for analysis, automation, or statistical modeling
- Understanding of player lifecycle concepts such as onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn, reactivation, and payer behavior
- Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, campaign targeting, or recommendation frameworks
- Experience using AI frameworks or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code to accelerate analytical workflows, documentation, code generation, code review, or automation
