  • Monitor community sentiment using internal tools and platform analytics, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Work with platform partners to maintain best-in-class community experiences, including moderation tools, bots, and automation where appropriate.
  • Identify live game issues and bugs reported by players, gathering detailed information to support investigation and resolution.
  • Create and execute community-focused campaigns and engagement programs aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the game team within player communities while advocating for player needs internally.
  • Stay current with emerging community platforms, trends, and best practices to continually evolve Scopely's community strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in community management within the games industry.
  • Strong understanding of gaming communities, social media platforms, Discord, Reddit, and community moderation best practices.
  • Experience managing online communities for live service games.
  • Experience building and managing influencer, creator, or ambassador programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Development, and Customer Support teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking community health, engagement, and sentiment metrics.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Passion for games and building meaningful player communities.
