Senior People Business Partner_Monopoly GO
Scopely is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our global People Team in the Sevilla studio hub, on a hybrid basis (3X in office per week).

What You Will Do
The Senior PBP will join a dynamic PBP Team dedicated to MGO, working closely with the Director PBP and collaborating with our global PBPs, COEs, and business leaders. Our pod is built around partnership, feedback, and empowerment - where every member contributes beyond reporting lines, ensuring a holistic approach to People strategy for one of the most innovative game teams in the industry:
Talent & People Strategy
- Partner with MGO leadership and the Director PBP to define and deliver the People strategy that enables business growth and player success
- Ensure strategies align with Scopely’s global talent philosophy while addressing the unique needs of the MGO team
Thought Partnership & Coaching
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, constructively challenging assumptions and helping them navigate complexity and ambiguity with clarity
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on leadership, development, performance, and navigating complex challenges while fostering a culture of ongoing feedback & growth
Talent Management & Development
- Drive core talent management initiatives: succession planning, career development, performance calibration, and leadership development
Change Management & Org Design
- Support leaders and teams through transformation and rapid growth, ensuring change strategies and communications are transparent and aligned with Scopely’s values.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Partner with the central ER/Legal team to manage sensitive employee situations with empathy, professionalism, and compliance
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate closely with other PBPs and COEs globally, ensuring alignment and consistency across initiatives and comfort with working with global clients
What We’re Looking For
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable People initiatives.
- Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders, ideally in a global, matrixed environment
- Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and leading change.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving progress in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with swift, high-quality execution.
- Experienced in working with diverse, global stakeholders and navigating cultural nuances.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English, with deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
Bonus Points
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
