About the Role & Team
We are seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to lead our data-driven acquisition and performance strategies across iCasino and Online Sports Betting brands. This is a high-impact, role focused on maximizing media efficiency, scaling acquisition efforts, and driving measurable business growth across regulated markets in the U.S. and Canada.
About the Work
- Develop strategies to segment and target new customers across our 5 products
- Responsible for running CPI and CPA user acquisition campaigns within all major social platforms
- Define audience strategies and make and align creative with audiences to maximize impact
- Manage significant media spend across acquisition channels.
- Provide thought leadership on best practice user acquisition and conversion tactics.
- Working closely with the Marketing and acquisition team, you’ll work hand in hand with creative, product and analytics to drive acquisition of users for Penn’s products
- Other duties as required.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree, a focus on analytics or finance preferable.
- 5+ years of experience building and managing digital campaigns at scale and responsible for significant media budgets on social platforms
- Experience with attribution platforms and MMPs (i.e. AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.)
- Experience w/ mobile acquisition strategies and operational best practices, including custom audiences, lookalikes, etc.
- Understand how to build proper account and campaign structures to optimize performance for specific ad platforms
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, working with designers and product teams.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Smartly preferred.
