Using our advanced platform, Service Titan, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will help to effectively advise customers on necessary equipment upgrades. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, with earnings ranging between $70,000 and $160,000, plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilize Service Titan platform for streamlined operations.
  • Engage with customers to discuss service details, provide repair quotes, and recommend preventative maintenance measures.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all facets of HVAC systems, understanding and mastering each component's operations and their impact on overall system functionality.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a service technician.
  • Proficiency in conducting preventative maintenance, service, and repair calls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make modifications to HVAC systems.
  • Exceptional client management abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding and mastery of all types of HVAC systems and their components, and how they operate in conjunction to impact overall system functionality.
