What You'll Do

The Food & Beverage Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to maintain smooth operations and uphold the restaurant's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages.
    • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the outlet.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Schedule staff shifts and allocate duties effectively.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Ensure guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
    • Handle customer complaints or feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
  4. Inventory and Financial Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory.
    • Conduct regular audits of inventory and cash handling procedures.
    • Assist the Restaurant Manager in budgeting and cost control measures.
  5. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety checks and address potential hazards.
    • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or foodservice industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
