Your Mission:

As COO, you will have responsibility helping to drive the strategic direction, development, and management of the Layer 2 token project. This role requires a blend of entrepreneurship, technical understanding, and leadership, as you will be integral in guiding the project from its current stage to market leadership. You will help build and lead a team of top-tier professionals while fostering relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners in the blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and strategic direction for the project. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Build a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
• Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, motivate, and guide a multidisciplinary team. Establish a strong, collaborative company culture that attracts top talent.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities. Build and maintain high-level relationships with partners, investors, and other key stakeholders in the blockchain space.
• Operational Management: Oversee the project's operational and financial performance. Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Market Analysis and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, especially related to seal storage technology and Filecoin. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to remain competitive.
• Investor Relations: Engage with current and potential investors to secure funding and resources necessary for project success. Provide regular updates and ensure transparency regarding project progress and challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors, with a strong preference for experience in decentralized storage solutions.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially related to Filecoin and seal storage technology.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
