Senior Software Engineer, Marketing - Remote US

The Opportunity:

We seek a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, Marketing at Seamless.AI, you will play a crucial role in connecting our marketing technology stack, optimizing our campaigns, and driving data-driven insights that fuel growth. You will work with our marketing, product, and sales teams to build and scale marketing infrastructure, improve attribution models, and ensure that our data pipelines deliver actionable insights. This role requires a technical marketer with experience leveraging various SaaS tools and driving high-ranking SEO pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to build and optimize marketing technology infrastructure using our CDP, CRM, and attribution software.
  • Use Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to design and implement marketing analytics solutions that measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain integrations between marketing and data platforms like Webflow, NodeJS, AWS, Tableau, Redshift, and Postgres to support seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and ensure high rankings for key pages.
  • Implement tracking and attribution models that tie marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Automate marketing workflows and optimize for growth across acquisition channels, ensuring the accuracy of marketing data.
  • Work closely with the content and product teams to align marketing campaigns with product initiatives and customer feedback.
  • Develop and manage dashboards for marketing performance and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

 

Skillset:

  • Mastery of Webflow development (i.e., implementation of visible and invisible website elements and optimization of loading speed and integrations).
  • Experience with Javascript (including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model) to support product/development team projects.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across an array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js (i.e., core principles and workflows like Flux or Redux. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus) to develop new user-facing features.
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and development tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, attribution models, and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
  • Familiarity with git code versioning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP (Adobe, Segment, etc.), Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Webflow, React.js, NodeJS, AWS, Tableau, Redshift, and Postgres.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing platforms and automation tools.
