Senior Social Media Manager - Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:

Seamless.AI is looking for a creative, strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute all of our social media strategy for the company and our CEO across LinkedIn, YouTube Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok,  and more. You’ll be responsible for content creation, short-form video production, editing, community engagement, and driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Content & Video Creation:

  • Write engaging copy for posts, stories, videos and campaigns
  • Design, script, and edit social images, short videos, and infographics 
  • Build and manage a content calendar tied to marketing goals
  • Script, help shoot, and edit short-form “talking head” videos and promotional videos
  • Support campaign initiatives with tailored social, video and visual content

Strategy & Performance:

  • Develop and execute a social strategy that boosts engagement, reach, and leads
  • Track performance and report insights using analytics tools
  • Stay current on trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our presence sharp

Community Management:

  • Engage with followers and respond to comments
  • Collaborate across teams to support customer and community-building efforts

Skillset:

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio in video, image, and written social content
  • Proficient in design tools like Canva, Social Media Editing Platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
  • Strong writing skills tailored for social platforms
  • Creative, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with little oversight

Education and Requirements:

  • Proximity to Columbus, OH is required
  • 5+ years of social media management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Familiar with analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or Google Analytics
  • Experience managing social media accounts for B2B or tech companies is a plus
