The Opportunity

 

Seamless is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based in Colombia to support our growing global sales organization. This is a full-time, fully remote role designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive in outbound environments and want to build meaningful experience in B2B SaaS sales.

In this role, you will use best-in-class sales technology to prospect, engage, and qualify sales leaders and decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll represent Seamless, the world’s leading real-time sales intelligence platform, and play a direct role in generating pipeline and fueling company growth.

This role offers a competitive base compensation plus performance-based incentives, structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a clear opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

 

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through high-volume outbound calling and email outreach

  • Engage decision-makers across multiple industries and articulate the value of Seamless

  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives using an auto-dialer and sales engagement tools

  • Accurately track activity, outcomes, and performance metrics in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and teammates through virtual standups, coaching sessions, and team meetings

  • Continuously improve through feedback, live call coaching, and ongoing training

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • A positive, coachable, and resilient mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort with high-activity outbound sales environments

  • Self-motivation and accountability in a remote setting

  • Ability to follow structured processes while continuously improving performance

  • Previous outbound sales, SDR, or cold-calling experience is strongly preferred

  • Experience using CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) is a plus

  • Legally authorized to work in Colombia

  • Ability to work a consistent schedule aligned with business needs

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace

  • Comfortable participating in live calls, video meetings, and virtual training
