Director of Demand Generation - Remote US

United States

The Opportunity

Seamless is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that drives our growth. This role is for the strategist who has spent years decoding what actually moves the needle on pipeline and is ready to do it at scale—with a team that has your back and leadership that stays out of your way.

Your Team

You’ll lead a talented group across SEO, Content Marketing, and our Agency partners. These aren’t siloed functions; they are high-performers looking for a leader to connect the dots and point everyone toward the same North Star. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our Revenue team to build integrated campaigns that fuel the funnel from the first touch to the final close.

What Winning Looks Like (The First 90 Days)

We don't expect perfection in three months, but we do expect momentum. Success looks like:

  • Higher Quality, Not Just Higher Volume: You’ve shifted the focus to domestic, ICP-matched users who actually convert. We want the right traffic, not just more traffic.

  • Sales Alignment: You and the Sales team are speaking the same language. You’ve defined what "qualified" means and built the campaigns that deliver exactly that.

  • A Compound Interest Machine: You’ve moved away from one-off pushes. You’re building a repeatable, documented marketing process that doesn't break when the wind changes.

Responsibilities

What You'll Own

  • The Pipeline: You set the strategy and drive execution across paid, lifecycle, and content. If it turns a lead into revenue, it’s under your purview.

  • Full-Funnel Architecture: You’ll design the journey, ensuring lead routing and MQL quality are seamless (pun intended) from the moment someone raises their hand.

  • The Nurture Infrastructure: You’ll manage the "brain" of our operation—segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral automation. Whether it’s Customer.io or Salesforce, you know these tools inside out.

  • Efficiency & CRO: You’ll live in the data (CAC, ROAS, CPL) and run a rigorous CRO program. You’ll test landing pages, ad creative, and email flows—scaling the wins and killing the darlings.

Who You Are

  • A B2B SaaS Veteran: You have 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with the pipeline numbers to prove it.

  • A "Sales-First" Marketer: You’ve earned the respect of sales teams before. They don't roll their eyes when you walk in; they ask how they can help.

  • Technical & Analytical: Tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Customer.io are how you think, not just software you’ve used.

  • An Agency Connoisseur: You know how to push agencies to deliver their best work and you can spot "fluff" from a mile away.

  • Data-Driven, Not Ego-Driven: You test constantly and let the data decide the winner.

A Note From The Hiring Manager

"I’ll be direct: I hire people because they are better at their craft than I am. My job is to clear the path, provide the resources you need, and then get out of your way. I’m not a micro-manager; I’m a collaborator. I care about open communication and building a system that lasts. If you want to own your domain and build something that compounds, we’re going to get along great."

Skillset

  • Experience: 5+ years of high-octane growth or performance marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments.

  • The Stack: You are an expert across paid channels and have deep hands-on experience with automation (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics (Segment, Amplitude).

  • The Playbook: You have a proven track record of scaling multi-channel campaigns and a granular understanding of funnel metrics.

  • Communication: You can translate "marketing-speak" into "revenue-speak" for everyone from an SDR to the CEO.

  • Bias for Action: You’d rather test, fail, and iterate in a week than spend a month planning for "perfect."

Education & Requirements

  • Background: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience in a B2B SaaS GTM organization. You understand how marketing specifically enables and accelerates a sales team.

  • The "Extras": You’ve managed marketing support for recruiting initiatives, employer branding, or job boards. You understand that "Growth" applies to our talent pipeline, too.

  • Product Curiosity: You genuinely love tools like Segment, Amplitude, Unbounce, or Seamless and enjoy figuring out how to make them talk to each other to drive better data.

Since 2015, Seamless.AI has helped sales teams maximize revenue with the world’s first real-time B2B search engine. Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
