Lead Service Technician, Residential Electrician

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on residential electrical systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every appointment
  • Present multiple repair options and recommend proactive solutions
  • Accurately prepare estimates and explain service agreements
  • Communicate effectively with the office and warehouse
  • Enjoy talking with customers both on the phone and in person
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members
  • Document visits and complete required forms
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Follow all electrical codes and safety standards

Qualifications: 

  • Current 02 electrical license
  • 2+ years of experience in diagnostics and sales calls
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check 
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Pay Range

$35 - $45 USD
