
Comfort Advisor
We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Comfort Advisor. HVAC Sales positions require a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and provide customers with appropriate products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
- Present customer purchasing options including financing
- Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
- Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
Skills/Qualifications:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)
- Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
- Excellent communications skills
- Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
- Some college or technical school education preferred
- Must pass drug test and background check

WORK CONDITIONS:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
- Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time
- Moderate exposure to physical risk
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance

Pay Range
$100,000 - $150,000 USD
