
Web Lead Coordinator
Job Overview:
As a Web Lead Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our online customers, ensuring they receive the prompt, friendly, and professional service we’re known for. You’ll need to be efficient, highly responsive, and thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking and quick decision-making are key.
Responsibilities
· Monitor and manage multiple websites, email accounts, chat, and social media platforms to respond to incoming inquiries.
· Make outbound calls to existing clients and book a variety of appointments at a high conversion rate.
· Accurately identify client needs and provide the most effective solutions with urgency and empathy.
· Respond to and de-escalate cancellation requests by expressing value and offering compelling retention solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal order entry processes with precision.
· Delegate incoming leads and inquiries to appropriate departments quickly and efficiently.
· Achieve productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
· Work independently and follow through on tasks without needing repeated follow-up.
What You Bring
· High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
· 1-3 years of high-volume call center, customer service, or sales experience
· Proven reliability and dedication to customer satisfaction
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle irate or elevated customers calmly and professionally
· Excellent multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple websites, emails, and chats at once
· Fast learner who adapts quickly and is comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office, and other web-based tools
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
· A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
