HVAC Install Field Supervisor

Position Summary:

As the HVAC Install Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of HVAC installers to ensure the timely, high-quality installation of residential HVAC systems. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and mentor your team in line with SeaTown’s standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HVAC install operations and crews.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards and local codes.
  • Oversee scheduling, materials coordination, and job readiness.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to HVAC installers as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and other departments.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
  • Identify and troubleshoot installation issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Promote and enforce safety practices and company policies on job sites.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or lead installer role preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and local codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders as needed.
  • Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and common HVAC software systems.
