As an Electrical Apprentice, you will assist licensed electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential electrical systems. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Electrical Installations: Assist with installing wiring, outlets, fixtures, and electrical panels in residential settings.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Help diagnose and resolve electrical issues under the guidance of experienced electricians.
  • Equipment and Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools and materials to ensure efficient operations.
  • Read Plans and Schematics: Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents to complete projects accurately.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and the team.
  • Site Cleanup: Keep the job site clean and organized during and after work.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and on-the-job mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in electrical systems and a desire to build a career in the trade.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus but not required.
