POSITION SUMMARY 

As the Ticket Operations Coordinator, you’ll assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Ticket Operations Department. This individual will partner with all departments to provide a customer-friendly ticket experience for all constituents. You will be an innovative problem solver with strong communication and collaboration skills. Exceptional attention to detail and task management capabilities are essential for managing multiple tracks of work in an often time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Pre-Match Preparation:

  • Ensure Membership Sales and Service (TS&S) team members are logged into required systems (Archtics, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Run partnership reports for matchday and adjust as needed prior to and post-match.
  • Coordinate credential-related inquiries, liaising with the credential staff.
  • Set up matchday emails for final attendance and closing numbers.
  • Distribute ADA sheets and allocations to stadium staff.

Matchday Operations:

  • Manage matchday ticketing staff, provide support at the ticket windows and assist customers directly during busy periods.
  • Troubleshoot sales and scanner issues as they arise.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Matchday Assistants.
  • Manage inventory and ADA allocations during matches.
  • Run final attendance numbers, communicate results for approval, and update Excel reports for Lumen Field staff.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshooting requests from TS&S representatives via direct phone, text or slack.

Day-to-Day Operations

Customer and Internal Support:

  • Process requests for business, sponsorship, and staff tickets, including ADA and relocation builds.
  • Handle player ticket requests with internal stakeholders
  • Manage Pro Shop discount cards and other ongoing comp ticket requests.
  • Support Service Representatives by fulfilling requests and troubleshooting accounts in real time.
  • Assist with Reign FC ticket operation duties (pre match, match day, day-to-day) when needed

Ticketing Systems and Inventory Management:

  • Build and maintain events, seasons, and ticket inventories in Archtics and TM1.
  • Oversee resale setups and monitor sales activity.
  • Facilitate Formstack ticket requests for matchdays and data collection needs.
  • Update price codes and ensure accurate inventory management.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Coordinate with sponsorship teams on ticket distributions.
  • Create training materials and host sessions for TS&S representatives.
  • Assist with reporting updates and ADA attestations for new Season Ticket Members (STMs).

Special Projects

  • Manage event builds, on-sales, and reporting for tournaments, playoffs, and new season ticket offerings for Sounders FC and Reign FC.
  • Assist with renewal preparation, suite requests, and last-minute business or relocation requests.
  • Collaborate on additional competition event setup as needed.
  • Provide operational support for unique matches, including Fan Appreciation events.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred background in ticket operations and experience with ticketing systems (Archtics, Salesforce CRM).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with team-oriented collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  • This role requires regular on-site presence at our Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton, WA, and attending Sounders FC and Reign matches at Lumen Field, as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to facilitate own local travel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Responsibilities include regular work outdoors and may require standing on feet for long periods of time, as well as some lifting of up to 20 pounds.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Base pay at time of offer will take into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and market.
