POSITION SUMMARY
As our club continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our People & Culture team on a temporary basis, supporting our expanding talent needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract top talent across full-time, part-time and seasonal positions.
As a key partner to hiring managers, you will play a critical role in building a diverse, engaged workforce that aligns with our values and mission—to create moments, enrich lives, and unify & uplift through soccer. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, advising on best practices, optimizing processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, excels at relationship-building, and has a track record of attracting top talent.
This is a temporary position for a period of six months, with the possibility of extension. Preferred start date: Late February.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions. Responsibilities encompass developing job postings, proactively sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain recruitment toolkits and materials to support consistent, equitable hiring practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support DEI initiatives by implementing and refining strategies to expand diverse talent pipelines, including outreach and candidate engagement methods.
- Support seamless employee transitions by refining onboarding processes, facilitating key introductions, and ensuring a welcoming and well-organized experience for all new hires.
- Enhance employer branding efforts by collaborating with internal teams to promote the club’s values and mission across recruitment channels.
- Assist in maintaining recruiting reports, internal staff lists, and organizational charts to ensure consistency and compliance with club processes.
- Ensure that all personnel paperwork and records are properly maintained and in line with club policies and relevant laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and living the club’s mission to create moments, enrich lives, and unify & uplift through soccer in all professional interactions.
- Proficiency with tools and platforms like Greenhouse ATS, ADP, DocuSign, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain constructive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess recruitment data and metrics to make process improvements.
- Interest in exploring how AI technologies can enhance talent acquisition processes.
- High level of confidentiality and a strong sense of urgency, with tact and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws and statutes.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities at our Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton, WA.
- Employee must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
- Employee must be able to facilitate own local travel.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Base pay at time of offer will take into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and market.
