Status: 15 Month Parental Leave Contract (January 2026 to April 2027) with possibility of extension to permanent.
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 Per Annum Plus Benefits.
Language Requirements: Must be Fluently Bilingual (French English).
Remote Work: 100% Remote Work Home-office based.

The Role

As the Partner Relations Coordinator, you'll be a key player in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our non-profit partner network. Reporting to the Director of National Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the annual compliance process for our partners, making sure they adhere to Second Harvest's terms and conditions.

In this role, you will also play a critical support function for our Operations Managers across Canada. You'll step in to assist the team during vacations, leaves of absence, or other critical periods. Additionally, you will be the Operations lead to oversee and manage the Annual Non-Profit Partner Survey project from start to finish.

This position requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with both our partners and internal teams.


Your Impact


Partner Audits and Compliance:

  • Oversee the annual audit process for a minimum of 10% of Second Harvest's non-profit partner locations.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers, ensuring all team members complete the process and data tracking.
  • Ensure all audit records are meticulously updated and tracked and identify any missing information that needs to be captured during assessments.
  • Schedule and conduct audit calls with partners, representing Second Harvest professionally and following established procedures to record all necessary information.
  • Work with the National Operations department to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Proactively maintain, review, and suggest improvements for existing audit processes, procedures, and documentation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


Annual Partner Survey:

  • Oversee the entire Annual Survey project, in partnership with the different department (Data, Product, National) from initial planning to final reporting.
  • Work with the Volunteer Service to train, supervise, and coordinate volunteers assisting with the survey process.
  • Monitor the survey's progress, conduct necessary follow-ups with non-profit partners (NFP) to ensure high response rates.
  • In partnership with the Data and National teams, manage the follow-up actions and data compilation after partners have submitted their surveys.

Operational Support:

  • Act as a key support resource for the National Operations team during staff vacations, leaves of absence, or other peak periods.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to non-profit partners and respond to simple support tickets, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Perform other related administrative and operational duties as required to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

 

Who You Are

  • Fluently Bilingual: Strong French and English language skills.
  • People-Oriented: You can talk to anyone and them feel supported. You have very high diplomacy skills and can make connections easy
  • Communicative: You have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a knack for making complex ideas seem clear and simple. You take pride in being able to share technical and legal details with others in a way they can easily understand.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are thorough and accurate with excellent data entry and data processing abilities.
  • Diligent and Results-driven: You know how to get the job done, doing whatever it takes to meet and exceed goals.
  • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and project tracking software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to hit the ground running, learn on the job, and resolve situations with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, demonstrating integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Experience working in a client facing role would be considered an asset.
  • Situated in Montreal/Greater Montreal or Toronto/GTA
