We operate in a highly regulated environment and work closely with regulators, auditors, and external counsel.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our legal and compliance function. This role is ideal for a paralegal or junior attorney with 2–5 years of experience, preferably within a regulated company (e.g., financial services, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, public company, or similar).

The Legal Operations Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to help manage legal workflows, regulatory filings, contracts, corporate governance, and compliance processes, with particular exposure to securities law and emerging digital asset frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal and compliance operations across the company, including process management and documentation

• Assist with securities law compliance, including periodic public company filings and regulatory disclosures

• Coordinate with external counsel on corporate, securities, regulatory, and commercial matters

• Manage contract workflows, including intake, tracking, execution, and recordkeeping

• Maintain corporate records, entity management, and board materials

• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests

• Assist in developing and maintaining internal legal and compliance policies and procedures

• Help implement and manage legal technology tools (e.g., contract management, matter tracking)

• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams on legal process questions

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD from an accredited institution

• 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in a regulated environment

• Experience supporting public company, securities, financial services, or fintech legal functions is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in blockchain, digital assets, or financial innovation is a plus
