About The Role:

If you are a Sr. Technical Product Manager who is excited by Cybersecurity, its impact on business risk, and innovative technologies that enable customers to stay continuously secure - this role might be for you!

At SecurityScorecard we put our users first, we strategically drive our decisions with data, and we operate as a unit. We are looking for a customer obsessed Product Manager seeking to drive excellence. As the Product Manager in this role, you will work cross functionally to drive the Data Platform which powers Third Party Risk Analysis for more than 500,000 customers globally, dealing with tens of billions of signals annually, and driving the cutting edge of cyber firmographics. 

You can break down complex problems into actionable steps which drive product development at speed and scale. As a senior member of the product team you can align the roadmap to key metrics

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand complex customer needs and prioritize the customer & business value, while adapting to evolving market conditions
  • Work closely and efficiently with product management leadership, engineering teams, designers, and customer success to ensure transparency, teamwork, and massive value add
  • Prioritize, plan, and execute innovative product ideas, features, and enhancements
  • Become subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of the market direction, user needs, competitive landscape and solutions ecosystems, and know how to align these to the company vision
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success and quality of products and features

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience of technical product management in an enterprise and/or startup environment
  • Experience with building large scale data experiences for Risk or Cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of how data platforms are designed and operated (e.g., medallion architecture, lambda architecture, data vault concepts) not as an academic expert, but someone who can proactively contribute and provide direction in technical discussions.
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decision making, define quality metrics, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
  • Experience working effectively with both frontline engineers and executives, translating between technical detail and business impact.
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces where correctness, attribution, and accuracy matter as much as speed.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience required; MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
