The Talent Acquisition team at SSC is a lean, high-performing team that provides exceptional support to our leaders and hiring managers, just like SecurityScorecard does with its customers.  Our CEO believes in strategic recruiting, we are not seen as a cost center, we train and direct our hiring managers on search and assessment best practices and we often work on highly impactful C level efforts.  We drive solutions, hire high-performers and live our company values (Solutions Focused, Customer-Obsessed, One Scorecard, Resilient, Embody SecurityDNA).  We are at the leading edge of LLM and AI enablement.

About the Role:

We have multiple contract roles open ranging from coordinator and up to talent sourcer and recruiter.  Your goal is to partner with hiring managers and rapidly generate talent pipelines across all levels of roles ranging from C-suite to senior and middle management to specialists, associates and entry-level professionals and across all functional areas ranging from technology to product to sales to customer success to marketing to finance and to professional services.  You are extremely organized and reliable and are an air-tight operator, meaning you have limited tactical drops or misses, you are real-time responsive to candidate and hiring manager requests and you keep excellent real-time documentation in our Greenhouse system and Excel talent pipeline trackers.  You are incredibly data driven - you drive search using funnel metrics, channel mix and cost per hire benchmarks and are able to pull your own data, independently generate, synthesize and share with us your insights and outcomes.  You operate with a security mindset and you are able to handle sensitive and highly confidential company information.  You will be tasked to own and run searches, generate talent pipelines and close searches in addition to scheduling and coordinating.  Our team operates as all hands-on deck and that no work is beneath any of us.  This is a fully remote role from the Philippines and requires you to work during USA Pacific time schedule (8am to 5pm PT)

Required Qualifications:

Absolutely a must for you to be advanced proficient with a leading edge ATS (Greenhouse preferred), no exceptions.  Yes, you will be quizzed on this and will not be able to fake it.  This means you can open and configure jobs, schedule interviews, use assessment integrations and automations, post and tune job posts externally, and you can do it all by yourself without tool training.  You will tell us how we should implement best practices of efficient search configuration and execution.

Absolutely a must for you to be advanced proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail automation and Job post optimization), no exceptions.  Yes, you will be quizzed on this.  You also are likely very skilled in other similar boolean talent sourcing tools such as SeekOut, etc.  Super bonus if you are a google search boolean search wizard.

Absolutely a must for you to be advanced proficient with some form of recruiting CRM tool such as Gem, SourceWhale, etc.

Absolutely a must for you to be a frequent user of LLMs and AI.  You smartly leverage AI to make your outcomes better.  

Absolutely a must for you to be able to enrich talent profiles such as locating publicly available and reliable contact information, doing market maps, industry and company mapping, networks and referral mining.  You can write and edit excellent job descriptions.

You are a skilled behavioral interviewer.  You approach interviewing with humility, you can train others, and you will be able to train us.  Yes, you will be quizzed on this.

Absolutely a must for you to be data driven, your mental map of search lives in funnel metrics, you can't live without data, you manage by metrics, you create your own metrics, you can synthesize best actions to take and you can independently take action.

You have a continuous improvement mindset and you are highly resilient and reflective.  You believe that failures are the best learning opportunities, you embrace feedback as a gift, you love micro learnings and turn them into micro improvements.

You are inquisitive.  We expect you will ask us excellent goal-level questions in your interviews.  

You can move fast.  You type at 60+ words per minute (ideally 70+), are decisive, can multitask.  If management asks for you to prioritize posting a new role quickly, it's done in 30 minutes.  If management asks for you to generate a preliminary pipeline for a new role, you have something solid within 48 hours.

Your external messaging, grammar and spelling is excellent.

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Compensation:

The contract rate for these positions range from $4 - $8 an hour depending on experience and capability.
