Why you want this job

As a Systems Engineer III, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of SeekWell’s systems and applications across multiple distinct businesses. You’ll work closely with IT teams and non-IT business units to address their technology needs, process support requests, and architect innovative solutions. What you’ll do

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of company systems, ensuring peak efficiency.
  • Administer core systems, including Active Directory, MSCS, SQL Server, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, and AWS.
  • Assist with the installation of software releases, patches, and system/infrastructure upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and storage issues.
  • Maintain and enhance system security, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Lead DevOps initiatives to improve workflows and deployment processes.
  • Modernize endpoint management capabilities using Intune and SCCM

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of computer-related work experience.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Expert-level understanding of the Microsoft tech stack, including:
    • Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
    • Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Cloud App Security
    • Endpoint Manager, Intune, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.
