As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer / Computer Vision Engineer at SeekWell, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing computer vision and deep learning algorithms that enhance our data-driven decision-making and product innovation. Leveraging your expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, you will design and implement scalable models that improve automation, image processing, and predictive analytics across our business. What you’ll do

  • Design and develop scalable computer vision and deep learning algorithms to support various business applications.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models for object detection, image segmentation, and feature extraction.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to process and train models on large-scale image datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision models into existing applications and workflows.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
  • Optimize deep learning models for performance, speed, and accuracy.
  • Develop tools for monitoring and improving model performance in production environments.
  • Work on strategic projects that push the boundaries of AI applications in the vision care industry.

What you'll need - Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, or related AI/ML fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying deep learning models for real-world applications.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and model training.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize models for performance and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end AI/ML development, from research to production.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of optics and its applications in computer vision.
  • Experience with large-scale dataset management and distributed training techniques.
  • A track record of research publications, patents, or contributions to open-source AI projects.
  • Experience with C++ development (nice to have)
