Your Team:

Seesaw is seeking a Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA)-based, highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Curriculum team. Our Curriculum team creates the Seesaw Library digital learning experiences, curates Community Library resources, and enables cross-functional teams to share the power of our resources.
As a Curriculum Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us to design exceptional learning experiences for educators, students, and families. Strong candidates will have a background in PK-6 education in the MENA region, operations and/or curriculum design experience, and project management expertise.
Your Responsibilities:
Projects will include working closely with the Curriculum Operations team to support curriculum development across multiple subject areas, grade levels, and international markets, as well as cross-team enablement. Strong communication, solutions-oriented problem solving, and strategic organization will set you up for success.
- Curriculum Operations:
Support the maintenance and creation of workflows to support large and small-scale projects.
- Support asynchronous curriculum launches through maintaining detailed documentation and updating communication channels.
Audit and revise Seesaw Library lessons with new product features and integrate customer and internal feedback to iterate activities.
- Share MENA curriculum and PK-6 standards expertise by supporting curriculum development & curriculum alignment projects.
- Task Management:
- Routinely update and share project status with stakeholders using asynchronous project trackers and communication tools.
- Cross-Team Enablement:
- Support the creation of curriculum enablement resources, soliciting and integrating key-stakeholder feedback into the design.
- Support new curriculum development efforts by supporting efficacy studies and feature testing.
- Miscellaneous Support:
- Support various curriculum related projects as they arise.
Requirements:
- We’re looking for someone based in the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) who is currently working in curriculum and/or operations. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Prior PK-6 teaching and/or administrator experience is preferred.
- Experience building activities in Seesaw and collaborating with a team (grade level, school, or district curriculum/subject area team) is preferred but not required.
- You are familiar with the elementary education space and are comfortable with a variety of instructional techniques.
- You are highly creative and proficient in Google Suite and have experience with popular project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, and/or Jira.
- You are precise, detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and able to meet deadlines.
- You care about improving education through technology and thoughtful instructional design.
- You have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- You have the ability to work synchronously for 2-3 hours per day with teams based in the U.S. (EST/EDT).
