Your Team:
You will join Seesaw as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, playing a key role in driving our global recruitment efforts. As Seesaw expands into new markets, you will help scale our team by attracting exceptional talent that shares our values of learning, creativity, and innovation.
As a strategic recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing top-tier candidates to collaborating with hiring managers during interviews and closing offers. You will be a strong advocate for Seesaw’s mission and culture, ensuring every candidate has a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience. Additionally, you will provide valuable market insights to shape our hiring strategy and help us build diverse, high-performing teams.
This role will be based in Malaysia and will support recruitment efforts in Malaysia, the MENA region, and the US covering a variety of functions such as product, engineering, design, and operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, ensuring structure, efficiency, and insight throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including international hiring experience. You will be comfortable navigating time zone differences, cultural nuances, and regional hiring practices. You are data-driven, resourceful, and passionate about connecting people to the right opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent pools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop region-specific sourcing strategies for Malaysia, MENA, and the US markets
- Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple functions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
- Stay up to date on employment trends, compensation data, and local hiring regulations
- Partner with HR and business leads to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment campaigns
Your Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including international or remote hiring
- Proven experience sourcing across Malaysia and at least one international market (MENA or US preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Greenhouse is a plus
- Skilled in sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work hours that overlap with U.S. time zones including occasional early mornings, evenings, or public holidays as needed to support global hiring efforts.
