Frontend Tech Lead Engineer for XTEL

As a Frontend Tech Lead Engineer, you'll play a key role in crafting cutting-edge software solutions for global FMCG companies. Collaborate with experts to embed advanced analytics and create user-friendly features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams for effective feature implementation
• Lead frontend architecture design and optimize applications for performance and security.
• Lead team members and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Experience in leading a team
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with NPM, Webpack, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
• Proven project management skills in SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Knowledge of agile development best practices and software development methodologies
• Proficient in English, fluency in Italian is a big plus (other languages are advantageous).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in legacy code refactoring and UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and retail sector knowledge.
