The Role:
Selini Capital is seeking an experienced Crypto OTC Sales professional where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The role combines financial markets expertise, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of digital assets.
You will have the opportunity to have an impact on OTC growth, working closely with our best in class business development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support and grow the firm’s OTC operations alongside an international team.
- This includes client coverage as well as ongoing business development responsibilities.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and trends to provide clients with actionable insights.
- Ensure smooth OTC operations by working closely with local and global colleagues to provide consistent client coverage and support.
- Collaborate with the business development team to shape and execute the overall OTC sales strategy.
- Utilize internal market research and commentary to enhance client engagement and deliver added value; the ability to independently generate market insights is a strong asset.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to grow the client base and stay informed on evolving market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Solid experience from previous Crypto OTC Sales or broking role, including execution and pricing.
- Exceptional understanding of cryptocurrency markets and projects/assets and trends/narratives.
- A well-established OTC client network which includes strong relationships with foundations, HNWIs, funds and family offices.
- Excellent communication skills with proven track record in client facing and business development roles.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
