About this Role
The Client Lead will be responsible for executing and supporting integrated sales and marketing campaigns for key clients and partners in media, advertising, and digital publishing. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns that meet client needs. The individual in this position will work with account executives, internal departments, and clients to implement tactical programs, track progress, and adjust as necessary.
Your Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Execute integrated sales and marketing programs and campaigns that leverage corporate resources across multiple platforms (e.g., website(s), mobile, television, print, sponsorships, and strategic alliances) to optimize outcomes for clients.
- Client and Internal Communication: Communicate with clients, advertising sales teams, and internal departments to execute tactical integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
- Proposal and Development Tracking: Develop and track sales proposals, creative development, and client approvals.
- Feedback Integration: Integrate feedback from account executives and management to meet client expectations throughout the process.
- Promotional Recaps: Participate in promotional recaps to ensure delivery of programs as promised.
- Performance Tracking and Adjustment: Track and analyze the performance of integrated sales and marketing campaigns and adjust tactics to meet changing needs.
- Scope of Impact: Implement activities that generally impact discrete components or processes of the work within your unit, team, or projects.
What makes you qualified
- 2+ years of progressively complex related experience in sales support, marketing execution, or client management within media, digital publishing, or advertising.
- Proven track record of supporting and executing integrated campaigns with a focus on client satisfaction and tactical delivery.
- Understanding of multi-platform campaign structures, including digital, print, sponsorships, and alliances.
- Solid analytical skills to track performance and make data-informed adjustments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with peers and managers.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Boostr).

- Proficiency in several areas of sales and marketing execution, including multi-platform campaigns in media or digital publishing.
- Campaign tracking, performance analysis, and client communication protocols.

- Proposal development and approval processes.

Additional Job Details
This position is based in Washington, DC.
Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours and travel domestically as needed.

Salary Range: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. Base: $90,000 - $120,000 per year plus bonus
