This is initially a temporary position, with the possibility to grow into a permanent role as our team continues to expand.

Your mission
You'll make sure Sendcloud shows up in memorable ways: before, during and after every event.

What you will do

• Help organize and execute our flagship event, Unboxed, from planning to production.
• Coordinate Sendcloud's presence at international trade shows and conferences.
• Work with partners on co-marketing events that create value for both audiences.
• Develop creative event concepts that make people actually want to stop by our booth (yes, we're aiming higher than free pens and notebooks).
• Think beyond the event itself: how do we turn one event into weeks of social content, PR opportunities and brand moments?
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Partnerships to deliver consistent experiences.
• Keep budgets, timelines and logistics under control without losing sight of the creative vision.
• Measure event success and continuously improve what we do next.
• You’re comfy with making simple landing pages/emails using templates and/or AI

Who you are
You love making things happen.

You enjoy balancing creative ideas with flawless execution and don't mind juggling multiple projects at once. Whether you're brainstorming a booth concept, organizing speakers or fixing last-minute logistics, you stay calm and keep moving.

• Have experience in event marketing, field marketing or project management.
• Are highly organized and love bringing structure to complex projects.
• Have a hands-on mentality—you don't wait for someone else to solve problems.
• Enjoy working with lots of different teams and stakeholders.
• Have strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a nice bonus).
• Are excited about branding, events and creating memorable experiences.
• Have an affinity with SaaS, e-commerce or tech (a plus, not a requirement).
