Technical Project Manager

At Sendcloud, we're Europe's leading shipping platform — and we're growing fast. We connect e-commerce businesses to carriers worldwide, and we need someone technically sharp, project-savvy, and genuinely excited about making complex systems work beautifully.
This isn't a "manage a backlog and write meeting notes" kind of role. You'll own real things: live carrier integrations, technical negotiations, and the roadmap that keeps our platform ahead of the curve.

What you'll do 🎯

• Own carrier integrations end-to-end — from first technical negotiation with carrier partners to go-live and ongoing maintenance
• Be the bridge between engineering teams and external carrier partners — you translate complexity into clarity, and blockers into solutions
• Run feasibility assessments on new integrations and map the work needed across the product organization
• Triage and prioritize bugs for your integrations, keeping quality high and prevent issues from piling up
• Drive releases — including the technical documentation and marketing package that gets new features shipped to customers
• Stay ahead of API changes for your carrier markets and keep the product team informed before things break
  
  

What you bring to the table ✅

You're probably 2–5 years into your career. You've got a technical degree (HBO or higher), you can read an API doc without breaking a sweat, and you've managed at least one project where the moving parts got genuinely complicated.
Specifically:

• Experience in technical project management, technical account management, or a similar coordination role — ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics
• Comfort with APIs and system integrations — you don't need to write the code, but you need to speak the language
• Strong communicator who can hold their own in a negotiation with a carrier engineer and a product stakeholder in the same afternoon
• Highly organized, proactive, and obsessive about quality
• Fluent in English; bonus points for Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish
