Luke Atchison with Senior Benefit Services is seeking a part time administrative sales assistant to grow with his business. This is an inside sales and client services role
supporting an established book of business of over 500 clients. This position works closely with an agency owner and plays a key role in managing ongoing client relationships. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to seniors, guiding them through the management of their Medicare and retirement insurance decisions that best fits their healthcare and financial needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, long term client service, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.


What would I do on a typical day?
● Serve as the primary point of contact for an established book of Medicare clients
● Consult with existing and prospective clients to understand healthcare and financial needs
● Provide ongoing service including benefit activation, provider searches, and issue resolution
● Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and retention
● Work closely with the agency owner to deliver a consistent, high quality client experience


What qualifications do I need?
● Hardworking, dependable, and service oriented mindset
● Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
● Comfort managing a high volume of client relationships
● Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and confidence navigating CRM systems
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
● Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
