We’re hiring a PMHNP in Palm Springs, CA who wants to practice autonomously, earn based on the care provided, and be supported by a team that allows you to focus on what matters most: your patients.

🧠 Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments in the field

  • Diagnose and treat geriatric psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, dementia, and mood disorders

  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with regular follow-up

  • Educate caregivers, facility staff, and patients on treatment plans and behavioral health management

  • Work alongside your assigned Medical Assistant and Scribe to streamline care delivery and reduce documentation time

  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation using our mobile systems
