Outreach Associate – Healthcare Sales | Senior Doc
Compensation: $50,000–$90,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus)

Are you passionate about helping seniors and interested in breaking into healthcare sales or field outreach? Senior Doc, a leader in senior-focused healthcare, is hiring Outreach Associates to help expand access to high-quality care across local communities.

This is an entry-level field sales and outreach role ideal for individuals with a background in retail, customer service, Medicare outreach, community engagement, or inside sales who want to grow into a healthcare sales career.


About the Role:

The Outreach Associate serves as a key part of our Medicare Advantage growth team, working in the community to generate leads, build trust, and schedule Medicare-eligible seniors for their first appointments. You’ll be the face of Senior Doc in your territory, helping to educate prospective patients and increase panel size for our primary care teams.

This position is a junior-level version of a Regional Sales Director, with support from senior leadership and clear goals for daily, weekly, and monthly patient growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Patient Outreach & Appointment Scheduling

  • Generate leads by attending and hosting community events, senior living visits, and grassroots outreach efforts

  • Educate Medicare-eligible seniors about Senior Doc’s primary care services

  • Schedule eligible seniors for in-person or virtual first appointments

  • Achieve assigned growth targets based on new patient appointments

Field Sales & Community Relationship Building

  • Represent Senior Doc at health fairs, clinics, housing communities, and broker offices

  • Develop partnerships with insurance brokers, housing coordinators, and community leaders

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors, marketing, and our centralized call center

CRM and Reporting

  • Log activity in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Track performance against metrics and adjust outreach strategies accordingly

  • Maintain timely follow-up with prospects and internal teams
