About Brigade Health

Brigade Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization redefining the way seniors and their families access care. We specialize in delivering personalized, patient-centered healthcare services that support older adults in their homes and communities. Our mission is to simplify the enrollment process and provide compassionate guidance to patients and caregivers navigating dementia, chronic illness, and complex healthcare needs.

We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and solutions-focused Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with healthcare, sales, or patient services experience who want to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families seeking healthcare services.

  • Provide compassionate support while guiding patients and caregivers through the enrollment process.

  • Collect, verify, and process patient information accurately in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

  • Clearly explain programs, coverage options, and care pathways to prospective patients.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records in electronic systems (EHR/CRM) and track enrollment progress.

  • Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to improve the patient and caregiver experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who align closely with the following:

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust quickly.

  • Personal or professional understanding of dementia care and the challenges faced by caregivers.

  • Background in healthcare, medical services, or insurance enrollment.

  • Sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.

  • Appointment scheduling experience in a healthcare or high-volume environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a solutions-driven approach.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

  • Comfortable working across multiple U.S. time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).

Compensation & Work Expectations

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually.

  • Incentives: Heavily weighted performance incentive program with strong earning potential.

  • Schedule: Full-time, exempt position with flexible hours. While extended availability may occasionally be needed, success is measured by responsibilities and outcomes—not by time clock.

Why Join Brigade Health?

  • Make a direct impact by helping seniors and caregivers access the right care at the right time.

  • Be part of a mission-driven, patient-first healthcare organization.

  • Work remotely with a collaborative and supportive national team.

  • Competitive compensation with high incentive potential.

  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-expanding healthcare company.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
