IT Support Associate
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the IT team
- Maintain and organize IT department records, including invoices and contracts
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to IT projects and operations
- Act as a point of contact between the IT department and other teams or external vendors
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to IT operations
- Distribute and track IT-related updates, announcements, and documentation
- Provide basic troubleshooting support or escalate technical issues to appropriate IT staff
- Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, and maintenance schedules
- Support Tier 1 level help for trouble tickets for all applications within Sensei
- Maintain accurate records in IT databases and systems
- Compile data for audits, reports, and inventory tracking
- Ensure compliance with company data security and record-keeping policies
- Facilitate onboarding/Off boarding of employees by coordinating IT setup (e.g., devices, accounts, and training schedules)
- Track IT budgets and expenses, providing administrative support for purchasing and approvals
- Manage departmental supplies and ensure availability of essential tools and materials
- Leadership – Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers
- Customer Service – Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Teamwork - Develop and promote teamwork and cooperation among co-workers
- Safety – Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or coursework in IT or business administration preferred)
- 3-5 years in an administrative role, preferably in an IT or technical environment
- 2-3 years Tier 1 IT support role
Required Technical / Other Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive) and other productivity tools
- Knowledge of ticketing and SSO systems
- Familiarity with basic IT concepts and terminology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
