ABOUT THE ROLE

Sensei Ag is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, NetSuite to lead our exceptional NetSuite team of administrators and developers. This role owns the overall performance, strategic roadmap, and continuous advancement of our NetSuite environment.

In the capacity of Senior Manager, you will serve as both a product and people leader, collaborating closely with business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements. You will translate these requirements into precise technical specifications and ensure successful delivery through our highly skilled internal team. We are in search of an individual with extensive NetSuite expertise, a wealth of experience in leading ERP teams, and a contagious passion for developing scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency and intelligence throughout our organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the NetSuite team of administrators and developers, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement an agile or scrum-based delivery framework for NetSuite-related work (sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives).
  • Coach and develop team members—providing guidance on prioritization, technical approaches, and professional growth.
  • Build a high-performing team culture centered on trust, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Product Ownership

  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to define pain points, desired outcomes, and success metrics; evaluate requests for feasibility, ROI, and alignment with company priorities.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Own the NetSuite roadmap — balancing strategic initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Technical Work

  • Be a hands-on contributor — actively configure, troubleshoot, and enhance NetSuite when needed to keep initiatives moving and model technical excellence for the team.
  • Balance leadership with execution — step in to directly own complex projects, build prototypes, or resolve critical issues when priorities demand it.
  • Maintain deep understanding of NetSuite modules, scripting, integrations, and best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships (NetSuite support, consultants, third-party app providers).

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

  • You have at least:
    • 10+ years of NetSuite experience, including administration, configuration, and customization.
    • 5+ years in a leadership role, guiding the work of admins, developers, or business systems teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Familiarity in a multi-currency, multi-subsidiary NetSuite instance.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Experience with agile methodologies or equivalent processes to define and drive a team’s work
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus points if you have...

  • Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or supply chain–driven industries.
  • Familiarity with working in deeply customized NetSuite environments;
  • Prior experience leading a NetSuite implementation or major system transformation.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certification.

EDUCATIONAL / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s Degree

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

  • Up to 10%

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
